Registration of the Sign “Café Santa Ana De Matituy” as a Trademark

The Council of State declared the nullity of the resolutions denying registration of the mixed trademark "CAFÉ SANTA ANA DE MATITUY," finding that due process had been violated. It ordered the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce to conduct a new registrability study, guaranteeing the right to defense and contradiction.

No costs were imposed, and the decision was ordered to be published in the Industrial Property Gazette.
